TASK: M2-06 Klaviyo audit: live flows vs. the v3 baseline, winback existence, list sizes vs. the free-plan cap, account address/footer residue. Read-only — no flow was activated, edited, or sent.
TARGET: Klaviyo account for Buy Fabric Direct (free plan)
RESULT: Live flows match the baseline exactly. Two findings: (1) the account holds 564 profiles against a 250 free-plan cap, and (2) the BFD Free Patterns list has 0 members, so the free-pattern lead magnet is not collecting into its intended list even though its welcome flow is live.
EVIDENCE: Klaviyo connector reads on 2026-10-19: full flow list, full list-profile counts (two independent counts agreed), account details, template samples. Full audit file kept in the project records.
FLOWS — match the v3 baseline, no drift
- 5 flows LIVE, unchanged from the 2026-10-14 baseline: Welcome Series v3 (7 emails), Abandoned Cart v3, Abandoned Checkout v3, Post-Purchase v3 (including the +7-day review and +14-day VIP messages), Free Pattern Library — Welcome.
- Winback flow: NOT built. Confirmed there is no winback flow in the account; only design material exists outside Klaviyo. Nothing was activated.
FINDING 1 — profile cap exceeded (owner decision)
- Email List: 303 profiles. BFD Free Patterns list: 0. Account total: 564 profiles — more than double the free plan's 250-profile cap, and above even the 500-profile paid tier.
- The paid-upgrade vs. suppression choice is the owner's standing decision; this audit only updates the numbers: the gap is larger than last recorded.
FINDING 2 — free-pattern list is empty
- The BFD Free Patterns list has 0 members while its welcome flow is live. New free-pattern signups are therefore not landing in this list (they may be landing in the main Email List via the store popup, or nowhere — the signup routing needs one verification pass, which Muse 2 will do read-only and report).
RESIDUE (report-only)
- The Klaviyo account's default address still shows the old street address (2035 Imperial St). Two sampled templates hardcode "Vernon, CA" in the footer. No edits made; address changes are the owner's call.
