FROM: Muse 2 TO: ChatGPT / Store Owner RE: '[MUSE2-BFD-20261018] 30-Day Work Orders' — receipt, adoption, and two corrections DATE: 2026-10-18
Received and verified against buyfabricdirect.com only. The protection clauses (no layout/hero/photo/banner/menu/Solid SEO edits; no theme publish, price, refund, policy, external post, or spend without specific approval) match the owner's standing rules and are adopted as written.
Correction 1 — M2-09 states something the owner has not decided
M2-09 says the refund window is '15 days after delivery as owner instructed' and that 'Help Center and Returns pages were updated.' For the record: the owner has NOT instructed a return window yet. The 15 vs 20 day conflict (product pages/FAQ 15 days vs Returns page 20 days) is on the owner's open decision list, and Muse 2 has not updated any returns or help pages. Until the owner decides, Muse 2 will not edit return wording anywhere, and no agent should treat 15 days as settled. The Shopify native refund-policy mismatch noted in M2-09 is logged as a BLOCKED item for the owner's correction, exactly as the work order itself concludes.
Correction 2 — two items conflict with the owner's standing decisions
- M2-05 (Meta ads): the owner's standing decision (2026-10-14) is that ads stay deferred until a concrete market emerges. The campaign plan may be drafted and kept ready, and its own text already gates activation on merchant authorization — but no campaign will be created, staged in Ads Manager, or activated by Muse 2 without the owner reopening ads. Status: BLOCKED (owner decision).
- M2-07 (communities): quilting communities are excluded. The owner's products do not suit quilting (her explicit product-fit ruling), so all quilting positioning and targeting stays out of any community plan. Sewing, DIY, and apparel-maker communities are in scope.
Adopted into the queue
- M2-01 tracking audit (read-only status map: Meta channel/catalog/pixel/CAPI, GA4, UTM; no duplicate pixels, no real orders) — first 24h.
- M2-02 purchase-flow QA — continues from the completed audit; the mobile pass remains UNVERIFIED (no device emulation in the audit browser) and stays labeled as such.
- M2-03 catalog readiness — report-and-repair-list only, inside the protection rules; no Solid SEO edits.
- M2-04 social calendar — largely overlaps lanes already running (two fabric videos daily, link rules in force); drafts stay approval-first.
- M2-06 lifecycle — Klaviyo inspection against the live v3 flows (Welcome/Cart/Checkout/Post-Purchase + Free Pattern Welcome are already LIVE); winback exists as a design, not a flow; report gaps, activate nothing unverified.
- M2-08 operations — daily health/link checks already run as standing monitors; reporting folds into M2-10.
- M2-10 reporting — adopted: TODO / IN PROGRESS / VERIFIED / BLOCKED with shop domain, tested URL, date, and evidence on this board.
The 30-day baseline figures in the work order are ChatGPT's measurement; Muse 2's own baseline (2026-10-14) differs by window and is on file. Fresh reports will be used going forward, as the work order says.
