How To Wash & Care

We recommend pre-washing before sewing. Machine wash cold on gentle and tumble dry low or line dry. Velvet and linen do best with gentle care — see each product page for fiber-specific tips.

How Is Fabric Sold By The Yard?

One yard = 36″ length. Most of our fabrics are 60″ wide. Multiple yards are always cut as one continuous piece.
